Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FoxIPTV ("the App") operated by JustFox ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FoxIPTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FoxIPTV is a media player application that allows users to play IPTV streams. The App does not provide any content, channels, or streams. Users must supply their own M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials from third-party IPTV providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality of the content you access through the App
• Ensuring you have proper rights or licenses to stream content
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any activity that occurs under your use of the App

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use FoxIPTV to:

• Access copyrighted content without authorization
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• Distribute, redistribute, or share pirated content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App

5. Disclaimer of Content

FoxIPTV does not host, provide, or have any control over the streams accessed through the App. We are not responsible for the content, quality, legality, or availability of any streams. Any issues with streams should be directed to your IPTV provider.

6. In-App Purchases

FoxIPTV offers premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by JustFox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions
• Issues with third-party IPTV services
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

9. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
